IMPORTANT - Welcome to the Rochester Housing Association Online Shopping!  Please read the instructions carefully. Remember you may shop seven days in advance of your arrival. You may order everything at one time or build your order during the week.  It's that easy!

Rochester Housing Association understands our customers want every minute of their visit to Rochester to count and we want to help. Although we can’t actually help your children with their homework or clean out the garage, we can give you back the valuable time that you will spend grocery shopping so you can use it in more relaxing ways.

Think of it. Before your trip to Rochester, you can simply get on the Internet or call a toll-free telephone number and order your groceries. That’s it, no muss no fuss. Your groceries will be shopped for you and will be waiting in your apartment for your arrival or on your way to our facility you may stop by the Hy-Vee Barlow Plaza store at 1315 6th Street N.W. and pick up your order.

No need to worry about overripe melons, poor cuts of meat or whether the bread is fresh. As always, you can be sure you will receive the freshest and highest quality products available.

Whether you order your groceries on your computer or over the telephone, you can order up to seven days in advance, for one low fee. For $5.00  you can pick up your order at the store and for an additional $3.00 they will be delivered and waiting in your apartment.

Why wait, all you have to do to shop is go online to our Shop Online internet site or call (877) 933-3003. Use your own phone to register and place an order or if you want to register online, please read our guidelines below and then click on "Register To Shop Online".

¨  A four-hour period is required to complete your order for delivery or pickup. 

¨ Orders placed for delivery or pickup on the same day, must be placed by 7:00 a.m. to be ready for the 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. service period or by  noon to be ready for the 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. service period.

¨ You may pay with your credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover Card).

¨ Due to Federal Regulations, Food Stamps cannot be accepted, nor will the driver accept cash or WIC vouchers.

¨ The total amount you pay may differ due to out of stock items, substitutions, or if you order random weight items.
